60There are so many benefits of exercise with many of them related to our health and general well being. However, before you set out to exercise there are some basic principles you should know.
The first things you must do is to set your goals, this will help you to chose which exercise method to use. If you need to have strong muscle, you will probably have to go for an aerobics exercise program.
You also need to consider any physical problems or limitations you may have. This is why it is so important to seek medical; advice before you set off.
Develop a regular exercise plan and choose. Safe places to exercise from. Try not to exercise after eating and avoid unsafe places.
Exercise has 3 major components of; warm-up, the workout and the cool down. Remember to follow them because failure may result in diverse effects.
Factors to remember when exercising
· Exercise should be progressive, never increase your exercise by 10% form one week to the next, your aim is to build life and not to destroy it.
· Exercise will regularly, over skipping or giving up on your program will not give you any benefit.
· You should use specific exercise to achieve specific fitness befits. If you want to improve hand muscles, then make hand exercise often.
· Make the exercise adaptable to your level and body fitness, as well as to your schedule, fitness goals, weather and seasons.
· Try to be patient, fitness takes time.
· Exercise in moderation.
· Vary the exercise you do.
