43When I talk about mental health, I do not mean the mad people or call them the insane through out everyone life, there will be periods when emotions seems to be stronger than usual, you may at one time feel over whelmed, very frustrated, disappointed or depressed.
Emotions are like weather, you cannot accurately predict them. Below are some of the healthful ways to help you solve your mental problems or emotions.
· Acknowledge that you are feeling emotionally strongly
· Identify that emotion, and then identify the source of that emotion or mental surprising problem.
· Express those emotions in a constructive way that will not harm you.
· If possible, share your feeling with someone who is neutral.
· Remember that feelings are not facts, and do not feel guilty for negative feelings.
· Remember that no matter how strong that emotion is, it will pass.
· If the mental problem, depression or disappointment takes long, seek help.
· The best professionals to deal with mental problems are psychiatrists, neurologists and clinical psychologists.
A good psychiatrist will help you through an initial stages and give you advice on what to do must concerning your mental health problem or depression.
