Skin care:How to care your skin and look beautiful
Besides being the largest organ on the body, the skin has the greatest number of functions. It also has a great effect on your overall appearance because so much of if visible.
If you do no care about your skin, you will soon get infected with ringworms, pimples, athlete’s foot, jack itch, boils, warts, moles, psoriasis, vitiligo, blisters, callus or generally bad skin. I do not think it funny if your skin looks awful.
Below are some of the ways you can take care of your skin.
· Every morning and evening, wash your skin with soap, diseased skin should be washed once more daily.
· You should put your on skin dry with lotions or cosmetics and avoid greasy preparations. There are many beauty products on market which can work well for you.
· Eat food rich in Vitamin A. it helps in promoting healthy skin. Some good sources of vitamin A can be milk, egg yolks, liver, greens and yellow vegetables.
· Get plenty of rest
· Use deodorants and anti perspirants which helps to reduce body odor and reduce the amount of perspiration.
· Avoid extreme sunshine,. It cam burn your skin and also cause skin cancer.
· Always use sun screens to protect your skin.
· Always visit a beautician to work on your skin and get advice on beauty products.
